Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative is the first point of contact between Rite Foods Limited and its consumers, partners, and distributors. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing feedback, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction across various communication channels including phone, email, social media, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and support to consumers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Knowledge & Product Support
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all Rite Foods products, promotions, and operational procedures.
  • Guide customers through processes like locating products, understanding promotions, or reporting damaged items.
Process & Policy Adherence
  • Ensure customer service processes align with the company’s Code of Conduct and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Comply with internal procedures and data protection guidelines while handling customer information.

Requirements

Eductation & Experience

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG or beverage/food industries.
  • Experience with customer support tools (CRM systems, social media management tools, etc.) is an advantage.
