Rite Foods Limited has once again emerged victorious, clinching not one, not two, but three prestigious awards at the renowned BrandXchange Consumers Value Awards! This achievement serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value to our cherished customers.
The 2nd edition of the BrandXchange Consumers Value Awards, held under the theme “Consumer Satisfaction Index,” took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ijakadi Hall, Isaac John, Ikeja, on September 7, 2023, at 5:30 pm. The evening was brimming with anticipation and excitement as we joined industry peers and esteemed guests to celebrate excellence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Rite Values Recognition and Award Ceremony

The Rite Values Recognition Scheme is an initiative aimed at acknowledging employees who embody the company’s four core values of Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Accountability. The scheme involves identifying and rewarding three outstanding employees who exemplify these values in their daily activities.
The Rite Values Recognition and Award Ceremony took place on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at The Auditorium, Ososa. The Managing Director, the Chief Finance Officer, and other members of the management team were present, alongside over 80 employees representing various departments and all categories of staff levels.
The MD, Mr. Seleem Adegunwa encouraged all participants and staff of the company to prioritize their personal growth and professional development, thereby ensuring they attain a fulfilling and successful life.
The Rite Values Recognition Review Committee, which comprises all Heads of Departments, had subjected the nominees to a rigorous assessment, and eventually, three winners emerged.
The top three winners – Isioma Ashinze from the Bakery Quality Control Department, Olanrewaju Asaolu from HR and Admin Department, and Segun Lawal from the IT Department – were awarded with plaques of recognition, customized souvenirs and a photograph with the MD, in addition to a company-wide congratulatory email.
