Social Initiatives
Our social initiatives are designed to empower communities, uplift vulnerable populations, and inspire the next generation to create lasting change.
Reaching Out
During Lockdown
The COVID-19 lockdown  disrupted daily life, especially for Nigerians who rely on daily income to survive. At Rite Foods Limited, we saw the need to support families and communities during this challenging time. Partnering with the Lagos and Ogun state governments, we supported emergency food relief efforts and extended our reach to the heart of communities and families in need.
Feed The Needy
For many families, the holidays aren’t about celebrations - they’re about survival. Feed The Needy was born out of a desire to change that. It’s not just about delivering food or drinks - it’s about showing up for the people who need it most.

Nurturing Stars with Nigerian Idol
For five consecutive seasons, we've been the headline sponsor of Nigerian Idol, actively empowering a national stage for emerging music talent. As a sponsor, Bigi has supported every stage of the Nigerian Idol journey, from motivating contestants behind the scenes to connecting with millions of viewers, making the brand not simply a sponsor, but a cornerstone of growth for rising creative stars.
Support for Essential Workers
Essential workers keep our cities running, often behind the scenes, and often without thanks. On World Water Day, we chose to celebrate them.
Through this initiative, we donated our products to security personnel, traffic wardens, and other essential service providers. It wasn’t just about hydration, it was about recognition. Because showing up for the people who serve us is how we honor the spirit of World Water Day.
Outcomes & Impact
Since 2019, we’ve served over 50,000 individuals. That’s 50,000 lives touched by more than a meal: a cold Bigi drink on a hot day, a scholarship that changes the trajectory of a child’s future, and the reminder that even in hard times, they’re not alone.
Reached 2000 children across 9 schools in Abuja, Lagos, and Ogun States.
Number of communities directly impacted - 11
Over 100 jobs created through our social interventions.
